Tasting Note:
At the nose appreciates the sweetness of its aromas,
that combine the red fruits like compote of red and
sour cherries with the spices and eucalyptol.
In the mouth it opens widely and enfolding, leaving
those sweet notes of cherry and dried prunes already
detected by the nose.

Vinification Note:
The harvest takes place in the second half of October. Vinification consists of a long maceration, with fermentation at constant, controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine ages for 18 months in French wood barrels follwed by an aging period of 6 months in bottle.
