Grilled rib-eye steaks with green chilli mushroom salsa butter, grilled lamb kebabs with cumin and cinnamon or grilled Cajun pork steaks with red pepper sauce.

Tasting Note:
Mellow nose, with aromas of dense, fleshy fruit. Tasty and rich, with surprising concentration, good purity and depth, low acidity and plump fleshy fruit. Solid mouthfeel and excellent length.

Vinification Note:
Sourced from 145ha of vineyard in which the vines are trained 2.2m from the ground in order to obtain optimum ripeness by reducing the shadow on the bunches. Treatment of vineyard is after analysis and only as required. The wine is fermented using modern methods; a pneumatic press is used for crushing, stainless steel vats and temperature control systems are employed when fermenting the individual parcels, and ageing is for 15 to 16 months in new barrels before blending.
