| LECHENEAUT Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Domaine Fernand Lecheneaut 2007 Grape Varieties 100% Pinot Noir
Food Matching Note: Roast lamb with spiced red cabbage, duck with honey-peppercorn sauce or, braised pork loin cutlets with thyme-lemon sauce or swordfish with orange, honey and soy.
Tasting Note: Attractive ruby colour with plenty of summer fruit flavours such as cherries, and strawberries. Elegant with very good structure.
Vinification Note: Grapes are sourced from Domaine Lecheneaut and around the Cote de Nuits. A different selection is made every year in order to maximise the quality. Fermentation is traditional with special care not to leave the skins macerating for too long before a short ageing period in older french oak barriques.
