Sparkling Shiraz seems to be something of a contradiction. For Lehmann however, this wine is a show piece. A wine of exceptional depth and complexity - not to be compared with champagne as it is in a class of its own. My own preference is to drink it with food (especially duck), though Sue likes it as an aperitif wine.
