We tried it wil Crème Brulée and the balance was astonishing (it never ceases to amaze me how dessert wines are like chameleons with different desserts, fruits or foie gras). This is a fresh and luscious late harvest style showing pronounced citrus, stone fruit and honeyed flavours.
