Tasting Note: Mandrarossa Merlot is a soft but structured wine, with lively raspberry and stonefruit flavours balanced by clean acidity and supple tannins.
Vinification Note: Grapes are delicately picked, destalked and pressed. The juice ferments in a controlled temperature and between 25º-28ºC for 10-12 days with frequent pumping over stages. The malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation. The wine refines in bottle for 6 months.
