A wine of exceptional depth and complexity - not to be compared with champagne as it is in a class of its own. My own preference is to drink it with food (especially duck), though Sue likes it as an aperitif wine.

GSM is a blend of Mouvedre, Shiraz and Grenache, the same grapes as those found in the Rhone Valley in France. This is a fabulous wine - fruity yet powerful. The Grenache gives raspberry and cassis flavours, the Shiraz adds weight and depth while the Mouvedre gives the wine a spicy wildness. A wine with richness and character that will live in the memory long after the last bottle has been drunk.
