A nose of Granny Smith apples with a hint of strawberries and cream. Refreshing, vibrant, moreish on the palate with fruity acidity and biscuity complexity.


Vinification Note:
Whole bunch pressed, minimum settling. Only first free 55% press cut to avoid increased phenolics. Traditional method with 3 months on lees before first rack. Tirage once a year, in November
