A pale straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and has a delicate perlage, its fruity aromas carry through to the palate, which is fresh and slightly sweet with a moderate alcoholic volume.

Vinification Note:
Sourced from the Dolomitic ridges in the northern part of the province of Treviso, harvested from late September to mid October. The first stage of wine making is as for white wines; the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees C. The sparkle is created through slow re-fermentation in large sealed tanks at 12-14 degrees C, remaining with the yeasts for approximately three months.
