Tasting Note:
Full of ripe red berry fruits on the nose, the palate is deliciously fruity, soft and very easy to drink, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Food Matching Note:
This versatile rose can be drunk by itself or with a very wide variety of dishes, including light starters, charcuterie, pasta, chicken, salads or barbecues.

Vinification Note:
Selected from vineyards surrounding the most traditional of all rosé growing areas, Aix en Provence, the bunches are destemmed and crushed into stainless steel tanks where a short amount of skin contact is allowed in order to extract enough colour to make the wine rosé. Bottling is on site after filtering and cold stabilisation.
