Tasting Note: Intense ruby red with a nose of red fruits and Mediterranean scrubland herbs. In the palate it is fruit-forward, round, supple and intense. Vinification Note: From vines owned by the Surrau family in the Arzachena area in the Gallura region, moderated by the sea and at 60 metres above sea level. The soils are medium density, with high levels of sand. The vines are guyot-trained on wires. After harvesting at the end of September or beginning of October the grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
