VALENTIN BIANCHI Brut NV Vineyards The grapes for the Bianchi Brut come from the Doña Elsa and Las Paredes vineyards, which are situated in the San Rafael zone of Mendoza at 730 to 790 metres above sea level. The soil is sandy calcareous of alluvial origin. Vinification The grapes for this sparking wine were vinified in the purpose-built, sparkling wine facility constructed by Bianchi outside San Rafael. Made by the ‘Traditional Method‘ of sparkling wine production, after fermentation it is aged on its lees for a further 12 months before disgorgement and release. Tasting Notes Bianchi Brut is an excellent value sparkling wine with an intense biscuit and fruit character on the nose and good richness on the palate. Fresh and clean, it finishes dry.
