Tasting Note: The Veritiere Pinot Nero is sourced from select vineyards in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The wine is pale, ruby red in colour, with hints of cherry and raspberries on the nose and palate. A classic Pinot Nero it is relatively light bodied with a long smooth finish. Vinification Note: The Pinot Nero Veritiere is produced exclusively for Enotria by one of our partner wineries in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. The Pinot Nero (Pinot Grapes) are harvested manually and the wine is produced in the classic modern method using stainless steel tanks and presses and using the most modern temperature control systems.
