Excellent, with high levels and labels in very good condition.
Made predominantly from the Ugni Blanc grape variety, Cognac is divided into six zones with the Grande Champagne zone producing the finest cognacs (and not to be confused with the champagne region in North East France). Grande Champagne cognacs tend to be softer, more powerful and longer on the mouth.
Denis Mounie Cognac was founded in 1838 and was a merger of two producers, Justin Denis and Henri Mounie.
Because of its high alcohol content, cognac does not deteriorate or oxidise in the same way that wine can, hence this comes highly recommended.
