    About

Joseph Roty produces some of the finest wines in Burgundy. The family have been producing wine since the 16th century and surprisingly, the winery is still a family business now run by Pierre-Jean Roty. It is known for the exceptional quality of its fine wines and Grands Crus. At just under 7 hectares, some may consider this to be a small domaine. Not so in Burgundy however, where good 'terroir' is some of the most expensive real estate in the world.

    Our Views

Recent tastings show this to be an excellent, complex Burgundy. A fine wine and probably our best 1993 vintage.
